Edais Engineering’s goal to better serve our clients in the development and construction industry, led us to expand our engineering business into the architectural field.

In 1995, Terrance Thompson joined our team of qualified engineers. Since then, Edais Engineering, Inc. has been designing new facilities, renovations, alterations and additions for professional offices, medical offices, shopping centers, churches, recreational facilities, apartments, grocery stores, schools, hotels, municipal facilities, agricultural facilities, community centers and many other areas.

Working in association with our engineering team we offer our clients a cohesive design package with few outside consultants. Our services take you from site assessments and preliminary design through the final construction inspection and occupancy.

Our understanding and knowledge of building codes and the interpretation of codes gives our client the edge of a fast chain of information and eliminates costly inaccuracy.
